Advanced clinical and communication skills training for second and third year neonatology fellows

/ ABOUT
Join us for NICU LaunchPad, a one-day bootcamp that brings together second- and third-year neonatology fellows from programs across the New York – New Jersey region for a full day of simulation, collaboration, and skills-building.

Fellows leave LaunchPad better prepared for the complex moments that define independent practice — and connected to a peer network that supports them through the transition into their next career stage.

The day combines high-fidelity simulation in complex neonatal resuscitation and serious-news communication with hands-on procedural training in:
-
Intubation using video laryngoscopy
-
Peripheral arterial cannulation
-
Defibrillator use
-
Exchange transfusion
-
Fundamentals of ECMO
